營運主體及牌照The operating entity and its licence

ULinkOne 由德納資本有限公司（Dena Investment Limited，商號 Dena Trust）營運。該公司持有香港《打擊洗錢及恐怖分子資金籌集條例》（第 615 章）下的信託或公司服務提供者牌照，牌照編號 TC009903。本牌照並不構成銀行、證券或其他金融服務牌照。ULinkOne is operated by Dena Investment Limited, trading as Dena Trust, which holds a Trust or Company Service Provider licence (No. TC009903) under the Hong Kong Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615). That licence is not a banking, securities or other financial services licence.

銀行、卡片及存款保險The bank, the card and deposit insurance

銀行帳戶、付款服務及相關卡片服務由 FV Bank International Inc. 提供，該行受波多黎各金融機構專員辦事處（Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions of Puerto Rico）監管；美元 VISA 借記卡由該行根據 Visa Inc. 授權發行。美元結餘存放於客戶在 FV Bank 開立的帳戶內。FV Bank 並非美國聯邦存款保險公司（FDIC）承保機構，帳戶結餘亦不受任何美國聯邦存款保險計劃保障。Banking accounts, payment services and related card services are provided by FV Bank International Inc., supervised by the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions of Puerto Rico. The USD VISA debit card is issued by FV Bank pursuant to a licence from Visa Inc. USD balances are held in the client's account with FV Bank. FV Bank is not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and balances are not covered by any US federal deposit insurance scheme.
