德納資本有限公司（Dena Investment Limited，商號 Dena Trust）為 ULinkOne 的營運方，於香港註冊成立，並持有信託或公司服務提供者牌照。Dena Investment Limited, trading as Dena Trust, is the operator of ULinkOne. It is incorporated in Hong Kong and holds a Trust or Company Service Provider licence.
業務範疇What we do
本公司負責營運應用程式及服務介面；受規管的金融服務則由持牌金融合作夥伴提供。We operate the app and the service interface. Regulated financial services are provided by licensed financial partners.
在持牌框架下營運We operate under a licensed framework
持有香港《打擊洗錢及恐怖分子資金籌集條例》（第 615 章）下的信託或公司服務提供者牌照，並須定期接受監管審查。We hold a Trust or Company Service Provider licence under the Hong Kong Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615), and are subject to periodic supervisory review.
銀行服務由持牌銀行提供Banking is provided by a licensed bank
銀行帳戶、付款及卡片服務均由 FV Bank 直接提供及持有；本公司則專責應用程式、操作介面及客戶服務。Banking, payment and card services are provided and held directly by FV Bank. We are responsible for the app, the interface and customer service.
團隊與顧問Team and advisers
核心團隊由香港區塊鏈協會（HKBA）聯合創辦，成員包括國際金融律師、虛擬資產合規專家及跨境支付技術人員。The core team was co-founded with the Hong Kong Blockchain Association, and includes international finance lawyers, virtual-asset compliance specialists and cross-border payments engineers.
